Cancellation Policy
Any appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours with no communication will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
Same day cancellations or rescheduling with no communication will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and will not be applied to any future service. If the card on file is declined, booking privileges will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
You are allowed one reschedule. Please note that if a cancellation or multiple reschedules occur, the original deposit will be retained, and a new deposit will be required to confirm your next appointment.
